10CFR50 Appendix B Qualified

SGT provides customers with a Quality Assurance (QA) Program that implements all the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B. Our QA program is structured to support the nuclear industry with detailed procedures for all SGT tasks.

The SGT nuclear quality program has been audited by numerous utilities, and SGT is currently maintained on various nuclear utilities’ approved vendor lists.

SGT’s 10 CFR 50 Appendix B/NQA-1 Quality Assurance Manual serves as the baseline quality program for steam generator replacement projects. However, with each project, we carefully review the customer’s QA requirements and have the flexibility to modify procedures for customer or project-specific needs.

Our approach to performance improvement includes our Lessons Learned Process, Issues Identification and Resolution Program (corrective action process) and training program in addition to our QA Program.
